CIMCO Version 7 released

CIMCO Software V7 consists of well proven CIMCO DNC-Max, CIMCO Edit, and CIMCO MDC-Max, with CNC-Calc, NC-Base, and MDM for even greater versatility.

Here is a list of the most significant new features of CIMCO Software Version 7:
  • Solid simulation with tool animation, milling and turning
    - Now with dynamic stock animation showing the material being removed.

  • Automatic scanning of tools from NC program
    - Changes in NC program immediately reflects in Tool Setup

  • Automatic scanning of stock dimensions from NC program
    - Changes in NC program immediately reflects in Solid Setup

  • Load/Save tool tables
    - Name and save a table of tools. Load stored tool tables

  • Search/Replace multiple lines
    - The Search/Replace function has been modified to enable simultaneous search and replacement of multiple program lines

  • Added support for Fagor
    - Among many other control types Edit now also simulates Fagor (Milling)

  • Post processors
    - Now with a generic API to make post processors more customizable and flexible, programmable in plain text JavaScript

  • DNC-Max Web
    - Send/receive files from any device via web browser. DNC-Max Client has full support for iPhones, iPads, Androids

  • Support for sending email with SSL/TLS
    - DNC-Max can send emails using mail servers such as Gmail

  • MDC-Max Web
    - Send/receive files from any device via web browser. DNC-Max Client has full support for iPhones, iPads, Androids

  • Export to XML
    - Share report data with other software systems using a well-understood format.

  • Automatically generate and email reports

  • Support for CSV file

  • MDC command line for generating reports

  • Support for MTConnect protocol

  • External MDC files like joblist.txt, excel.xls, operatorlist.txt without having to share folder

  • New live Charts
